When you use BaZi charting, compatibility, daily fortune, annual timing, date selection, or AI reading features, the site may process birth date, birth time, birthplace, gender, question text, chart context, and reading history that you choose to provide.
If you sign in or use account-related features, we may process account identifiers, email address, login status, saved records, report records, support requests, and future order-related information. Public guide pages can usually be read without an account.
Feedback and Contact Inbox
When you use the feedback and partnerships form, we process the contact type you select, the message you choose to submit, any email address or other contact method you provide, and any optional name, organization, company, or project details. The form asks you to confirm that this information can be used to respond and improve the service.
To help investigate a reported problem, the form also includes the current page path, page title, referring domain only rather than the full referrer query, a browser and device summary, timezone, and viewport size. It does not automatically attach birth data, charts, chat history, reports, or the text of other questions.
Logs, Analytics, and Device Information
